Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions
These terms regulate the use of the Housevintage.lv website, as well as the conditions for purchasing, payment, delivery, and returns. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. General information about the store
The online store Housevintage.lv belongs to the physical shop located at: Nikolaja street 9, Daugavpils Fortress, Latvia.
We specialize in the sale of:

vintage and antique furniture;

interior décor items;
-
tableware and clocks;
-
decorative weapon replicas by Spanish manufacturer Denix.
2. Product availability

All items offered on the website are also available in our physical store.

If a product is marked as unavailable, it has recently been sold or reserved.

Product colors in photos may differ slightly from the actual item.

Lightbulbs are not included with lamps.
-
We do not provide valuation services and do not accept items on consignment.
3. Product condition

All furniture and interior items are second-hand and may show signs of previous use.

The description may specify:

defects — cracks, chips, missing parts, damaged fabric, missing locks or keys;

signs of use — scratches, stains, wear, unevenness.

Please carefully review photos, descriptions, and dimensions before purchasing.

Denix weapon replicas are brand new and sold in original packaging.
4. Restoration
We do not provide furniture restoration services. Any defects are indicated in the product description.
5. Clocks

All clocks are sold in working condition, tested or serviced by a specialist.

Before shipping, weights, pendulums, and fragile parts are removed and packed separately.

Time must be set only by moving the hour hand forward. Always allow the chimes or melodies to finish before continuing.

Any defects or non-working parts are specified in the description.
6. Denix replicas
DENIX S.A. products are intended exclusively for decorative and collectible purposes.
7. Reservation

Free reservation is available for up to 2 days.

Longer reservations require a deposit, agreed individually with each client.
8. Ordering

through the website (by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout form);

9. Payment

All prices include VAT.

In-store payments can be made in cash or by bank card.

Purchases on behalf of companies require an invoice.

Online orders are paid by bank transfer after receiving an invoice.

If the invoice is not paid within 3 working days, the order will be canceled.

We also offer installment plans via leasing partner Incredit.
10. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Eksprespasts (Latvijas Pasts), Omniva, DPD, or by pickup at our store.

Average delivery time within Latvia is 2–3 business days after payment.

Delivery in Daugavpils and surrounding areas is available with our own transport.
-
Parcel machine delivery is possible only if the product meets weight and size limits (up to 30 kg).
-
Oversized items are shipped disassembled on pallets.
-
Clocks are shipped with pendulums and weights removed.
-
If you notice packaging damage upon delivery, report it immediately to the courier and request a damage report.
11. Returns

You may return furniture or décor within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition — undamaged and unaltered.
-
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After inspection, a refund will be issued. If new damages are found, restoration costs will be deducted.

To initiate a return, email housevintage.lv@gmail.com with details of the product and reason for return, and include photos.
12. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

We cannot guarantee exact color matching between the item and photos on your device.
13. Data protection

14. Final provisions

All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
